Mr. Luong Thanh Hoai

Mr. Luong Thanh Hoai is a senior expert from the Power Purchasing Department of EPTC (subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity). He graduated from Water resources University with the first background of Dam Engineering. He holds a master degree in Project management in construction in University of Salford, UK. On the other hand, he also holds degree in electrical engineering in Hanoi University of Technology. With 9 years working in EPTC, he has many experiences in studying and development of the electricity market in Vietnam
