Mr. Dao Quoc Vu is a senior expert from the Power Market Department of Vietnam Electricity. He graduated from Hanoi Technology University as an electrical engineer. He holds a master degree in energy economics from the Asian Institute of Technology A Đào Quốc Vũ. He has many working experiences in studying and development the electricity market in Vietnam.
