Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh
Started off as a hydropower engineer with PECC 1, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh has over 22 years extensive experience in the hydropower projects consultation. He has overseen more than 12 development of hydropower projects in Vietnam and is an experienced project manager for planning, designing and analysis of hydraulic works structure. Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh holds a BSc of Hydropower Engineering from Hanoi Water Resources University and a Master Degree of Hydropower Development from Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
