Mr. Fred Burke is the Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie in Vietnam. Recognized as one of Vietnam’s most prominent lawyers, Mr. Burke has extensive experience in Energy, Mining and Infrastructure, M&A, Foreign Investment & Securities, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Construction/Projects, Taxation and Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Burke also has particular experience in the renewable energy sector and has assisted leading global solar and wind energy companies through all aspects of project development, financing, construction and operation. He serves on the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Administrative Reform, he co-chairs the Investment and Trade Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum, and he has been recognized by the Ministry of Justice for his “Outstanding contributions in the field of international legal
cooperation.”
